We use our standard 8 colours which are great for 99% of the work we carry out, however, if you require a bespoke colour we can certainly find one to match.

Collection and delivery is included in your quote (unless otherwise specified) and en route within 48 hours of confirmation of your order or completion of the project. Of course collection and delivery times will be decided with you beforehand.

Any items that you wish to be powder coated have to be 6m x 2m x 2.2m or smaller, as these are the dimensions of our ovens.

Powder coating is strongly recommended when protecting object surfaces from rust and weathering, especially if they are going to be used outside. In addition, it can add a little colour, changing what otherwise could be a very dull metal finish.

The main advantage of powder coating is it offers better protection. Powder coatings can produce much thicker coatings than conventional liquid coatings without running or sagging. Zinc coating or zinc plating is ideal for protecting steel or iron against its natural enemy… rust. It can lengthen the lifespan of these metals for up to 30 years and at the same time reduce the maintenance costs. We strongly recommend zinc coating on any item especially if it is to be used outside.

This is offered on materials that have had the correct pre-treatment including either galvanizing or zinc coating, and only applicable to C & R Powder Coating defects.
